Cancellation & Refund Policy

Stays

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in: full refund.
• 7 to 14 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Less than 7 days before check-in: no refund.
• No-shows are charged the full booking amount.

Car Rentals

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up: full refund.
• Less than 48 hours before pick-up: 50% refund.
• No-shows are charged the full rental amount for the first day.

Early Returns

If you return a car earlier than the agreed return date, the unused days are not refundable. For stays, early departures are not eligible for partial refunds unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Modifications

You can request changes to your booking dates at any time, subject to availability. Date changes within the free cancellation window carry no penalty. Changes requested after the free cancellation window may be subject to price adjustments.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), we will offer a full refund or rebooking at no additional cost.
